The Benefits of Modern Technology

Modern technology has brought about enormous improvements in communications and yet many people are still very worried 30_______ using the latest computer technology. I am often surprised to meet people who still don’t know what the ‘е’ in e-mail stands for and they are too 31____ to ask. It is also cheaper to send an e-mail message than to send an ordinary letter or а ‘snail’ message which also takes much longer.
